Basic Package

No Fee!

This is our basic, commission-based service! It is a free service for all clients.

  • Call of up to 30 minutes to discuss trip style, budget, and pace

  • Includes accommodations, travel insurance, and transportation during the trip

  • An initial flight recommendation will be priced out for clients to book independently.

  • Up to 3 core trip pricing and location comparisons

  • Organization and coordination of all reservations

  • 1 Core Trip revision based on client input

  • Call of up to 30 minutes to book Core Trip elements

Standard Concierge Package

$80 per travel day

This package offers our best value to clients. It includes everything in our Basic Package and adds a daily itinerary.

  • Call of up to 30 minutes to discuss trip style, budget, and pace

  • Includes accommodations, travel insurance, and transportation during the trip

  • An initial flight recommendation will be priced out for clients to book independently.

  • Up to 3 core trip pricing and location comparisons

  • Organization and coordination of all reservations

  • 2 total revisions of Core Trip and/or Itinerary based on client input

  • 2 calls of up to 30 minutes each to book Core Trip elements and daily activities

  • Specific activities for each day with pricing

  • This document will include all reservations, times, and locations

  • Assistance with any post travel issues

Premium Concierge Package

$115 per travel day

For those clients looking for an additional level of support, we also offer a concierge service during traveling.

  • Call of up to 30 minutes to discuss trip style, budget, and pace

  • Includes accommodations, travel insurance, and transportation during the trip

  • An initial flight recommendation will be priced out for clients to book independently.

  • Up to 3 core trip pricing and location comparisons

  • Organization and coordination of all reservations

  • 3 total revisions of Core Trip, Itinerary, and/or Flight based on client input

  • 3 calls of up to 30 minutes each to book Core Trip elements and daily activities

  • Specific activities for each day with pricing

  • This document will include all reservations, times, and locations

  • Assistance with any post travel issues

  • Call of up to 30 minutes for support with flight booking

  • On call, nonemergency support during client trip

  • Call of up to 30 minutes for any additional client questions or supplemental requests
